We fill one of our 64 oz. food grade buckets up to the top...(approximately 1 pound, about 3 dozen) of our fantastic Chocolate Sandwich Cookies.  A chocolate base sandwich cookie with ground raisins and a hint of nutmeg with our original recipe buttercream icing sandwiched in between
